★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've been getting snapper here for the last 2 years. The fish is always lovely and fresh but in my last 2 visits, the fish filleting has been disappointing.
The photos are the fillets from a $38 snapper I bought yesterday that was meant to be skinned and boned but lots of skin and bones left on the fillet and lots of fish missing. I think the fillet guy needs more training and a sharper knife.
