★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Ketucky Fried Chicken order number5227. Time 11.52am. Ordered 2 ultimate burger meal drinks one Resberry abd one Sprite. I wS given water instead of Resberry how careless is this.. Pathetic... It was for visitos.. Went from far way to get KFC. Please cgeck your camera and see what has been done... Very dissapointed upset.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nothing special dependant on staff whether happy, friendly or even disgruntled lol ... here's a thought KFC staff 'if you don't want to be there (working) then quit & find something that you really want to do bcoz 8 out of 10 times the staff we've encounted have been miserable, unhappy, even angry at times YES ANGRY & I'm not making this up & this makes my KFC not pleasant to eat so please KFC staff you all know who you are, be nice be pleasant & as least look like you want to be there THATS ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This restaurant is the closest KFC to my office, so I am a regular customer of it. The previous experience was not too bad. The taste of the food was not quite consistent, sometimes good sometimes not so good, but overall it was all right.
It was the last visit to this KFC Otahuhu store that has caused me grief. The food was extra salty and greasy compared to the other times I visited. Things turned even worse afterwards. I developed diarrhoea and vomiting symptoms, as well as stomach cramp and headache. These are the typical symptoms of gastroenteritis (i.e. food poisoning). I am pretty sure it was the KFC that I got this from. I took no other food the rest of the day because of the greasy chicken, until I vomited later that night.

Great Customer Service advised hot fresh cooked chicken & chips as willing to wait & it was done thank you Otahuhu KFC keep it up as it so taste better when food not sitting as those become warm & dry.

To the KFC marketing team Whats missing from the NZ combo 16pc bucket menu & would make it worth money spent nuggets & coleslaw just makes no sence compared to Australia bang for buck
