★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The contractor was engaged via the developer to install water lines and tap on site 9 Lake Bryndwr Lane. I have been given a copy of the invoice for the works which includes materials that were not used on site. A total value of $1257.52. When I pointed out to them that I had supplied the water pipe and fittings they refused to supply a credit and have directed I take it up with developer. The fittings billed by them for the job were supplied by me and I have separate invoices for these. I also have photos of the job showing that no other materials other than those supplied by me were used. I am owed a credit for the incorrect charges. So far this has not been provided.
