β β β β β send email to their hopeless team. no one comes back to us for a 3 months. spends lot of moeny on the appliances but their customer services is shocking! full of Lie! Try to buy something from them and have a 'great experience'

β β β β β Absolutely terrible terrible service, has taken over 2 weeks to get my washing machine fixed, have had no contact from jones services at all.
I have called multiple times and they dont pick up. Had to leave a message and still no one has call back.
This is the second time I've been forced to use thier services due to the warranty of our washing machine, and both times it's taken them over two weeks to even call me and let me know what is going on.
I understand parts can take time to arrive but a simple phone call to let me know things are held up would be nice. But that is to much to ask of this company.
Any time I have heard from thier office staff they have been nothing but rude and condescending, as though how dare I ask for a time frame their workers will be here so I can make sure someone's here to let them in.

β β β β β We needed our new oven to be checked after installation in a new home. It looked like there was a fault with the display screen; however when the serviceman Akash Sheth arrived it was a film that hadn't been removed and should have been done at the installation stage. He was so kind and understanding and checked out the rest of the oven and showed me how to operate it. He found a faulty knob and there was a slight dent in the front panel. He has ordered both parts. I cannot fault his professionalism and communication; he did all he could to help and was so understanding. Highly recommended.
Akash has replaced the faulty parts on our oven; it took less than a week for him to order the parts and get out to us and fit them. We are so grateful to Akash for going the extra mile for us and being such a pleasant person to have in our home.

β β β β β I was surprised by the bad reviews - I had an issue with my Samsung fridge which was under warranty. I called Samsung and they had someone from Jones call me the same day. The lady was very friendly and booked the appointment for 5 days later.
On the day Roger arrives right at the start of my repair time and has the problem resolved in half an hour. He was very friendly, professional and keen to help me understand the problem and how to make best use of the warranty. I felt like I could trust him completely to resolve the issue.
Honestly some of the best service I've had in NZ and would use again.

β β β β β After speaking with Jones on the ph and telling them exactly what the problem was, they said they would send out a technician to collect my machine and give us a replacement one while they work on it. When the guy arrived he told me there is no point to take it away as they could only run a cleaning product through it. He said he would leave the cleaning product so I could run it through myself which would save me a further $100 something if he took it away. My response - it would of been nice to be told this on the ph save you making the trip and me paying $135! His response - how are they meant to make money! I did what he said and my machine is still not working properly. So I contacted Miele who contacted jones and they replied it is due to my washing my massage sheets on a hot wash. Iβve been massaging for years and have never had a machine not work from massage oil. Sunscreen has more effect than the massage balm. Nice of you Jones to appease Miele and now they have both walked away. Not good enough!!!!

β β β β β They had our front loader for 3 weeks, they advised it needed a vibration sensor replaced which they did, returned it back to me and the issue I sent it away with is still there. I questioned if they run the machine before they return and was told yes they test it more than once, that just doesnβt make sense as the machine is extremely loud and is making the exact same noise as when they took it, I donβt think he fully tested a full cycle as itβs takes 37 mins before the noise begins. Have also had slowness issues with them with other repairs before so going forward wonβt be using them again.

β β β β β Jones came to my home and checked the Miele Combination oven door not opening. This was the same problem Jones had repaired under warranty 13 months earlier so i had already contacted Miele to question whether this be a warranty or not. The serviceman repaired the fault and was about to leave so i asked him if i needed to pay or not. He said it was a software update issue and was covered by Miele warranty so that was good. Then in mid sept i get an invoice in the mail with a hand written scrawl at the bottom stating the invoice was overdue and to pay. I phoned and spoke to Pam in Chch and advised what had happened and she said she would talk to the serviceman and get back to me but never did.
I have to say her manner was somewhat abrupt and not getting back to me just left me in limbo and simply not good enough.
After 3 weeks I phoned again and spoke to Pam asking whats going on to which she advised "it looks like Miele were covering 75% and Jones 25% so nothing to pay.
My issue is after the repair was satisfactorily completed dealing with Jones admin was frustrating and in my view well below the standard i expect. I was hoping they would send out a satisfaction survey but i can see why they wouldn't do this and is why i am writing this review.
I will be using another service company next time thats for sure
