★ ★ ★ ★ ★ girl who assisted me in the fitting rooms was incredibly pushy. she helped me find a pair of jeans that i liked for which i am grateful, but to get to that point she constantly badgered me and made me feel incredibly anxious. the assistant on the floor was also very pushy. I have since heard similar stories from other people, and their aversion to the store. The atmosphere feels as though they are trying to rush people in and out of the store quickly, after having spent enough money.

I came to the store today unsure of what I was after and Dan (I saw his name on my reciept) managed to get me to try some jeans on just to see. I ended up being helped out by the two woman who were at the changing room and they were so lovely and helpful to me. Dan also checked I was on the loyalty system (because I didn't think I was on it) and I have a $20 voucher for next time. I left so happy and I didn't even really know what I was up to so definetly spent money because of the staff being really on their game! Great service and I hope your boss realizes how awesome you all are.

Had been into Levi’s across the road with little success - showed the Hurricane staff some pictures of tags of styles and went from there. Not only did they have the right size and colour in that style, they brought me probably 10-12 more pairs that were similar too. The floor staff and the girls in the change room were BEYOND helpful and knowledgeable.
I usually hate going shopping for jeans, but the Hurricane Denim made it hands down the best experience I’ve ever had!! ???
