★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After a reasonable relationship with this mechanic working on my BMW M3 the car goes in for a pre purchase inspection and comes out with a broken grill which they refuse to account for and repair. This ended in a war of words and no accountability and all for a $153 part. All care and no responsibility.
