They also had a courtesy car that I was able to use to get to work while the service was being done on my car which was very useful.

Provided great practical advice and guidance on replacing a tyre and managing a scrape in the body work. Very reasonably priced, and excellent communication. Very trusted advisors for electric vehicles.

I managed to book my car in at short notice for a WOF and service. Unfortunately my car needing a bunch of things done with parts needing ordered. I was kept updated via phone every step of the way, given thorough information and a precise breakdown of costs and what is recommended for the make/model of my car and what I use it for.
The team made sure my car was safe on the road, safety was top priority on their list not just money.
Thomsen automotive has very reasonable hourly labour pricing for the quality of their work as well.
I would recommend them to anyone and plan on taking my car there again next time.
