One month later I have not felt like an alcoholic drink (even when out socialising) am eating a plant based diet and have joined a gym (and are going regularly). I had the motivation but I believe the discussion, tips and hypnosis with Shirley has helped keep me on track and make it seem an easier transition. Thanks Shirley.

When she met with him, she explained how the brain deals with situations and helped him understand his issues with food and how to make small changes to increase his willingness to try new foods. So far he is agreeing to try a new food weekly and is planning his own weekly menu. Great progress!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience with Shirley is hard to put in to words. Shirley helped me conquer my over eating by way of virtual gastric band therapy. I went in feeling very anxious, somewhat skeptical and weighing 130kg. 8 weeks on I now sit at 118kg, I no longer feel the urge to over eat, my sleep has greatly improved, I feel a lot less anxious and just generally feel better overall. My experience with Shirley has been life changing and I am truly grateful for what she has done for me. I feel better than I have in years. Don't sit on the fence if you're thinking about booking therapy with Shirley. Just do it! You will not regret it!
