He donโt mess around and went the extra mile to help me through a very difficult situation with my job and getting me the result I wanted in a very challenging case. With his support and advice I was able to stand up for myself, and walk away with my head held high and some reimbursement for all the stress and trauma they infected on me. โ โ โ โ โ A very professional and friendly service, from the initial first call to the end outcome (which was very good), Andrew McInnes was amazing. At what was a very difficult and emotional situation his advice and guidance was excellent he focused on the facts of the case and the result. Everything was handled by IR Thompson directly, I was kept updated with a clear overview of the steps, process and they handled all the communications. It was unfortunate that it was necessary for me to seek this professional guidance for unfair dismissal but if in the same situation then I do very highly recommend you speak to IR Thompson and Andrew directly. I got closure and an excellent result.
