I found her abrupt & rude.
She did not wish to take my case after having heard a very brief description of my situation.
I have no problem with that, however it was the manner in which she voiced it that I thought was not helpful or customer focused.

Sam & the team go beyond and above acting on behalf off you from weekends to late evenings exceptional knowledge understanding and cannot highly recommend them enough they have made the journey through family court somewhat more bearable was a roller-coaster ride at times but have always had best intrests off all involved at all times
