★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice shop for Indian products, over crowded and congested. Product display and pricing unclear. Customer service a desired thing. Also Front shop parking is ridiculously a hazard especially with the grey sign board creating an issue. Auckland Council and the Building owner must look into it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have bought glass bangles 5 dozens with them today n they sold me fr $10 per dozen but their website says the same bangles are for $5 wen I checked after going to home, that's cheating the customer , never would want to return bck to a place where customer is being cheated , be aware of what you buy here

They also need to reasonably believe they can fulfill the order may be in breach of the fair trading Act.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best indian shop to buy everything for your home. The shop is big and feature a lot of products from Religious items, Home Decor, Kitchenware, Cookware, Musical Instruments, Jewellery.
When i visited the shop on sunday, the shop was crowded. Almost all items had prices displayed on it as a sticker. And whenever i enquired about the quality and price, the staff was really helpful. Though it was busy, one of the staff followed me and gave me their insights on everything I asked! It was really helpful.
Also saw some customers asking for discount and staff quoting the prices are firm unless they are running offers. Reading these reviews out here, I believe they are blaming customer service for the same! I write this review as I wanted to let everyone reading this to understand that please have an open mind.
Its very easy to kill the business with 1 star if your expectations aint reached! But do remember that not many people take time to write reviews even when the service and products are good.
I wish this shop all the best and they continue to import all the needy products.
