★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yesterday I had an worst experience at kwality. Shocked by elderly lady’s negative attitude who was at the counter on. Laterally have no common sense to behave. Talking to every customer in Punjabi as she already know everyone can speak punjabi only. Weird women , improve your customer service , change your attitude. Poor customer service ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Today purchased 1x 2 litre green value milk and two loaf of bread and total comes to $6.90 and I paid them by Asb debit card and they charged me extra $0.15 cents as it’s robbery. I can understand if I was paying by credit card, imagine how many times they doing this everyday and ripping customers off durning the hard times

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Some of their items are being sold full price even though their expired. Such as the bread i bought from here which was mouldy and turned out to be expired! Even some of the lollies are expired. So a little word of advice, check the expiry date before you spend your money here. Because they obviously too busy to look.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing service and they also helped me to cook curry using ingredients from there shop. I can now say I'm a pro at making Indian curry thanks to Manager shweta and lovely girl gurijet for sharing their recipes and knowledge with me a total stranger but can now say we have formed a great friendship just from their wonderful service with a smile and making sure that we are looked after! I am one happy customer who is now a regular and highly recommend their store to everyone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ All the Indian items are available here. Yes, some brands of specific items might not be there, but overall gives a feel of India. From pickle making ingredients to frozen items and fresh vegetables, everything is available here. Some items carry lower price than orher stores which is a great bonus. Milk is cheaper to buy here for example. Also, they keep adding deals on the products, making it more attractive to us. Another benefit is, the items are displayed in boxes and we can buy our own suitable quantity of it. No pressure of purchasing 1kg of something, if we need only 100g. Smartly organized store with deals and variety is one line for it.
