β β β β β I think we found the best Indian food in New Zealand! The Chicken Biryani was perfect. Excellent Somosa and Lamb Korma.

β β β β β Such a shame about the service tonight. Arrived for dinner, had to ask for the loud indian rap to be toned down, don't get me wrong i LOVE indian music but really? Our food was delivered by a maskless waiter wearing jandals, we would have had dessert too if someone would have bothered to come to the table and ask us. Can't imagine what the service would be like if you were really busy. Can't say we were impressed to bother coming back. Such a shame as its a beautifully presented restaurant.

β β β β β It was my second time to come here and I ordered their lunch meal which is affordable. My first order was buttered chicken and my all time favourite cheese and garlic naan which taste really good. On my 2nd visit with students, I ordered the chicken saag and it was tasty. I love the place and would probably going to come back here whenever I can with friends. I was not able to take photos because I was really hungry at time ?

β β β β β No idea, how can people rate this place for one of the best indian food in town. Must be people with no taste buds and zero understanding of indian food.
First the service was like hell. They really took 2 hours to get the worst ever made food on earth to our table.
And oh my god i wish i could really discover some words to describe the food there.
It was hell of a expereince and the food was like the last thing on earth to even imagine to have.
Even packed food taste far better.

β β β β β Mood lighting. Delicious curries. Recommended by Indian friend which is always a good sign. Good drink and wine options. The portion sizes are on the smaller side. Can probably easily do 3 curries between 2 people.

β β β β β We went there on the first day of New Year and had a surprise visitor crawling on our dinner table and were shocked when it was a cockroach. Let one of the staff know about food safety concerns and requested to change the table - they seemed to not care much at all without any apology until another staff brought the food out we spoke to her what happened, she offered some apology about rainy season despite last few days being dry and hot temperatures. Curries were pretty average. Still charged full price plus surcharge in spite of what happened.
