THE WORSE dealership I have ever dealt with. Brought a car that broke down on Christmas day and took 5 months and a court hearing to eventually get my money back. Horrible communication, multiple dodgy fixes and time wasting. DO NOT BUY HERE

I have undertaken a thorough pre purchase inspection on my GTI. Few minor issues came Up with vehicle, however Nathan from sales and the team were very helpful in solving the issues quickly and when I finally checked them I was very satisfied with the result. Nathan was kind enough to recieve my call even on his day off. Thank you again guys!

I generally don’t write reviews but my experience purchasing a SUV from Industry Motor was so egregious that I feel compelled to warn potential car buyers. The long and short of it is they sold a vehicle to me with a battery that was almost 6 years old and when it inevitably failed, Industry Motor’s response was to blame me. I played the car audio without having the engine on for less than 2 minutes when the car died. AA diagnosed it as an old battery that dated back to 2016 and said it needed to be replaced. I asked Industry Motor to replace the battery at no charge to me as it was still within the 3 month warranty timeframe. They refused with a rejoinder that car batteries typically last 8-10 years?! I was so frustrated after having the vehicle towed to Industry Motor from the North Shore two times only for them to tell me that it was my fault - That I paid for a new battery out of pocket. It’s been over two months and I have had zero issues since replacing the battery with a new one. It cost $230.00: It astounds me that after purchasing a vehicle from Industry Motor, then patronizing them again for tinting this vehicle and a second vehicle that they would choose not to do the right thing and fork out a measly $230.00. Instead they chose to create bad will with a loyal customer that bought their goods and services not once but three times, in good faith. Do yourselves a favor and avoid Industry Motor when it’s time to buy a car.

I would not recommend this car yard they are dodgy as. My car had a major fault within 10 months of use and only 8000km and there mechanical warranty provider want me to pay for the inspection to find the reason fault developed and also try do avoid paying out. The car yard manager never replys to any of my call or emails after saying they would help us with our issue i would expect them to help out after saying when buying the car they help all customers regards of time frame

Bought a red BMW 120 from these guys 2 months ago. Julles was lovely and kind, Jimmy has a good sense of humour. Andy handled my taillight issue and other repairs well, he made sure an Auto Shoppe nearest to me could handle the repairs as I live in Pukekohe. Andy was efficient and accommodating. I was offered a second key as the car only came with one key which was great in our new era of losing things. Thanks Guys Tee :)

Never buy a wrapped car off them, most probably wrapped to hide dodgy paint work, I removed the wrap a few weeks after I purchased the car because the wrap started coming off under the front bumper, it looked like they used a grinder to debadge the car. I contacted them but they were doing all they could to not take responsibility & I didn’t have the time to fight them so it cost me 2k to fix it. I would of given them zero stars but the guy that sold the car to me was so nice I give 2 stars.

I was looking at purchasing a white BMW from them, quick to take my cash and even tried getting me to sign a sales agreement contract before the car was even inspected. When it turned out the vehicle had been listed with thousands of dollars worth of maintenance needed getting my deposit back was sluggish and full of resistance, Jimmy was great to work with but their Sales and Insurance manager Darren was the complete opposite, fair to say i wouldn’t purchase a car off of them if you value your time

I recently purchased a Golf R from Industry. The whole experience was of the highest level. I dealt primarily with Jimmy and Jason who are both great guys. Everyone I dealt with was very friendly and professional. The car was in extremely good condition and they had replaced the standard wheels with very tasteful 19’s from Hyperdrive. I had the car mechanically inspected prior to purchase and the team fixed a bunch of issues that were identified. I was extremely surprised at the level of detail the team went through to make the car as immaculate as possible for me. My friend purchased an R32 from Industry a couple of years ago and had similar feedback. 100% above and beyond and amazing customer experience.
