Ryan was super friendly and knowledgeable, and I was very impressed with the standard of care and service my vehicle received before I picked it up. Unfortunately I couldn't find the jack so I went back a 2nd time only to find out it was located under the passengers seat! But the serviceman was super cool and threw in a complimentary puncture repair cannister for my troubles. Overall I'm super impressed with my dealings with Nova Motors ? highly recommend ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I bought a Nissan serena in this place , they advertising the car with a radio stereo and GPS that doesn't work , the radio is lock and they don't have the code to unlock it , they offered me to install a radio but I have to pay half of it with expensives prices! ($500 minimum for radio and camera) they told me they didn't even know the radio wasn't working , fake advertisement in this store , check everything carefully before to buy cars with this guys

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Happy with the professional service provided by Nova Motors. All of the staff I met with were very friendly. I purchased my car through Arthur, he was very knowledgeable and gave me a reasonable deal. My car was also cleaned and serviced upon purchase. Unfortunately my car had some mechanical issues within a week of driving it, which admittedly was not the fault of the dealer. As it was within the warranty period, Nova Motors resolved the issue as soon as possible. The mechanics on site did a really good job. I would recommend Nova Motors to anyone looking to purchase a used car in Auckland.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Looked at a car this afternoon which looked like a good deal. I was surprised to see it had to be jump started as the battery was dead. The dealer asked me not to turn off the engine when returning the car, and said the battery would be recharged or replaced before the sale. I wouldn't expect any dealership to recharge a battery in this condition. When we got in the car, the radio was already on, and as I never test drive cars while distracted, I turned it off. There was a distinct sound coming from the dash of the car, it sounded a mix of mechanical and electrical. When we returned the car, we mentioned the strange dash noise to the dealer, at which point he suddenly became too busy to talk to us. There are some nice looking cars at this place but I would be hesitant to risk a purchase.

I will 100% recommend everyone to buy with them, if you think there is a problem with the car purchased they will go above and beyond to solve the problem!
Their reception team is so so friendly and helpful, even when it comes to being a bit picky with a courtesy car, they still give you the best they have!
