Liam is undoubtably the most experienced and professional trainer I had the pleasure of being coached by. He prepared me for my first marathon within 3 months which not only helped me to fulfil my dream but also loose a lot of unwanted weight. Currently we are still training together couple of times a week and I’m in the best shape of my life and only getting stronger and healthier!
