Here at Inspire Net we focus everything around “The Inspire Way”.

Helpdesk calls are not screened or timed, and it’s more about getting your request or problem solved, and being treated like a customer should be.
Inspire Net consistently sets the standards for Internet Service Provider support. Working between the hours of 7.30am and 9pm, 364 days a year (Closed Christmas Day), not only will we help pick the right broadband option for you, but we will also help you set up the connection and email services.

I live in the countryside so usually we can only get slow or super expensive internet out here, However Inspire net is the exception! Can stream Netflix with no issues and multiple devices using the wifi at the same time. Customer service is also great. The few times I've had to call them I had a real person almost instantly and they're happy to help.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Have been with Inspire on their unlimited full speed fibre broadband plan for nearly a year and a half and have had excellent performance (speeds and latency) with our connection. We heavily rely on streaming video/TV and the connection has been seamless. On the extremely rare occasion that I have had to contact them, they were available on the phone or via social media channels to help. Excellent Palmy business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ In the sweet 15 years I have spent on this earth non can compere to the day we started using Inspire net.
By far the best wifi provider you could hope for. Through out the day you get constant cuts in wifi (Yes you are paying money for this) making it impossible to do any sort of work through out the day. Not only this but! If you don't have unlimited (Because they can't be bothered setting up fiber where I live) every time it gets throttled (You run out) when you finally get it back, its even worse the last time. Instead of cutting out through out the day you now just don't get wifi for an entire day! And all of this is only the beginning! There is still more? I know right, you are already begging for me and stop.
If I could give this a negative star rating I would! But I can't, because if this was a fair world the owners of Inspire wouldn't have a job.
