★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mixed staff experiences. Some are friendly and helpful, others useless and dismissive unless you want to buy something (I am an ex-Stuff salesperson. I know all about sales commission for employees etc.). Most recent run-in: The loud gentleman at the counter who didn't answer my questions about why the new 777 phone help service wasn't working properly. Seemed to assume that everyone is rich, middle class and can readily access the internet for that Hana thing which I am not able to. Talked down to me like I was a kid! Seemed annoyed that I did not want to buy a new phone or go on a plan! Other older customers have been visibly frustrated by similar displays of unprofessional behaviour. And no Vodafone I can't readily access the internet (Reliance on Library Computers, access to which is variable because of COVID-19 rules) so I can't email a complaint. Take this review seriously and give your staff a telling off over telling off customers in need of help!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO TODAY MY PARTNER AND I VISITED THE VODAFONE PALMERSTON NORTH SHOP WE GOT THERE AND WAS GREETED BY AARON WHO GAVE AWESOME CUSTOMER SERVICE KAPAI YOU WE WERE SO AMAZED BY THE WAY HE DEALT WITH US....JOANNE AND I JUST WANT TO THANK YOU AARON FOR THE WAY YOU HANDLED OUR QUESTIONS AND YOU ANSWERED ALL OF THEM WITH PASSION SO GOOD IS SEE YOU SHOULD BE PROUD... TO THE MANAGER OF THIS STORE WE WILL BE BACK....?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My partner was in your Palmerston North store this morning with a query about his ear phones for his new cellphone. The girl he spoke to was not very helpful. Because the phone had been purchased at another store she said she couldn’t help him. We understand this if he had needed a replacement, but it was only the earphones that were not working. and she then insulted him by asking “have you put them in your ears!!!! ” We will NOT return to this store. Very disappointed!! We then travelled to the Paraparaumu store and they were awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ridiculous conditions to obtain credit . Had 4 forms of id , incl photo id , bank statements , proof of address , proof of income .. still not good enough . Absolutely crazy . Oh well , they missed a 2 k sale

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ waited for over half an hr for some service only to be told by some clown more interested in his watch that he couldnt help. this on top of the useless clowns at their call centre who told us we had to go to a shop. all time I wont get back, waiting for the most apalling service ive struck anywhere hello spark!! only one star because it wont post with no stars
