Radiator and Underfloor heating is a fairly new concept in New Zealand although 'modern' water based heating systems have been used throughout Europe since the 1700's. We see lots of Ex-pats returning from Europe (where radiators are the most common form of heating) wanting to incorporate comfortable, convenient home heating into their New Zealand lifestyle.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently used Pipeline for a central heating and hot water installation. After living in the UK we knew the benefits of central heating. From first contact with Carl through to installation with Zac, Casey and team the whole process was so easy. The whole team were so friendly and helpful. The installation team worked so hard, were so tidy, and just a genuinely nice team to have around! We are so pleased with the install, the radiators look great and we are delighted to have gas heated hot water and a greatly improved shower (instead of a little trickle previously)!
Pipeline also came to our rescue just after new year at very short notice to install a gas boiler in our little on site flat after a leaking hot water cylinder. 24 hours from quote to install! Not all superheroes wear capes! ?
I would (and have) recommend Pipeline Central Heating to anyone thinking about it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ When we first approached Pipeline to discuss retrofit radiator central heating for our house, we half expected it wouldn't be possible, however Cam was fantastic at working out how it could be done. The installation team, Andy and Casey, were very friendly and professional and tidied up after themselves every day. There were a couple of hiccups along the way, but Pipeline proved how important the putting it right is, and Gaven their technical expert was fantastic at sorting any teething problems out quickly and efficiently. We love our warm home and would highly recommend the Pipeline team!

After scrolling through facebook up popped Pipeline Central Heating so we gave them a call. The whole Pipeline team and every experience we've ever had with them has been fantastic! Gaven certainly knows his stuff and after a few issues with our old boiler suggested looking at an upgrade. The whole process was simple and very easy right through from receiving the quote to having the new boiler installed. Zac who completed the upgrade was fantastic. He was courteous and did a great job both installing the new boiler and cleaning up once he finished. Mel and the team in the office kept in contact and have helped make sure the whole transition was smooth and painless.
Thank you Pipeline Central Heating - you have a wonderful and very professional team. I happily recommend Pipeline to others. We will continue to be long term customers of yours.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We used Pipeline to install our gas central heating in June 2017 and we couldn't have asked for better service. Prior to the installation the Pipeline team gave us all the detail we needed, and worked out the heater sizes that we'd need in each room (which were all spot on). During the install the workers were lovely, they kept everything tidy, and they were happy to explain everything that they were doing to my very curious 3 year old. We couldn't be happier with our central heating - we are actually looking forward to winter this year so that we can enjoy our wonderful warm house! Would happily recommend pipeline to anyone!

Right from the beginning when Cam came to do the measure and quote, everything was handled in a timely and professional way. The advice they offered was excellent and all the work was completed on time. The team were so easy to have around, they even cleaned and mopped the floors ahead of my return on the day of completion!
We are 100% happy with the boiler and radiator system that has totally transformed our big old house, we can’t believe the difference it has made and how economical it is to run.
We would highly recommend Pipeline as a great little company with great people, processes and product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I obtained two quotes for radiator central heating in mid 2018. There wasn't much in it price-wise between the two, but they were poles apart as far as presentation and professionalism is concerned. One was very obviously prepared by a plumber, whilst the other (Pipeline's) was clearly put together by someone dedicated to the task. Pipeline emailed their quote and followed up the next day with a courier pack hard copy and product brochures. Their opposition emailed a quote that contained errors and the attachments were difficult to read. Making such a significant investment comes down to having confidence in the provider, and from the outset Pipeline gave my wife and I complete peace of mind that they were up to the task. The installation was done in October 2018. Floors were covered in drop sheets and footwear came off except when required for safety reasons. Staff were great, courteous and friendly. Pipes were run internally out of sight and the whole install went like clockwork with minimum disruption. I recommended Pipeline to a friend who used them to centrally heat his home and he had a similar no hassle experience as we did. I am happy to recommend Pipeline to others. they are by far and away the most professional customer focused company I have ever dealt with
