โ โ โ โ โ I bought 2 packages of Japanese eyeliner, turned out one of them was empty and no eyeliner was in there. I went back to the shop and asked for exchange with a new one. Then the store person was like โdid you not feel the weight difference( because I bought 2, one with the thing in it and one with not)?โ, how ridiculous the question is when the eyeliner was just like 2 grams or something, and also asked me whether if I opened the box or not which of course I did to check if the thing is in it and I just canโt see it from outside of the box.
After all, they said theyโre gonna check the camera footage and the package number or whatever. I needed to buy another one and never got a refund.

โ โ โ โ โ they were out of the product I was looking for. I asked a staff for help. She took the time to show me substitute products, she went through every single of them to find me the best product suits me. She was so helpful. Iโm really grateful.

โ โ โ โ โ I was on their door at 7.30 pm on Friday and they closed the door and said we are closed now. I said, but i saw on the internet that you open until 8 today. She said, yeah but today we close now.
I supposed to take the train in Britomart, instead i walked to Ippondo, from the ferry building, carrying my heavy bag and they closed early eventhough the staffs were still there. Now i have to walk back to Britomart. Please edit your opening hour on the internet so this won't happen to your other customer. Thanks.

โ โ โ โ โ Clerks were easy to find and ready to assist me with my questions. I wasn't quite sure what I wanted exactly and needed their advice. I felt it was very fair, not at all pushy and not at all pushing me toward expensive brand or item. All of the clerks were so helpful.
