★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was walking pass Paula's today and decided for a little hair treatment after one of the friendly ladies said Hi to me. Both gals took a lovely care of my hair, gave me a trim, shaped my fringe, I asked for a gentle natural wave perm and got such a lovely new hair. Thank you kindly. Will come back to get my fringe shaped soon.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service! They used the wrong chemicals for a treatment which causes your hair to get severely damaged. When you complain and put forward your concerns they refuse to comply with them and threaten to call the police on you. Don’t waste your time and money here!
