โ โ โ โ โ I used to be a regular at another nailshop, but not anymore ever since my first visit here. My gelish nails were able to last for a month. Service is always friendly, polite and warm. And the prices are so reasonable. Highly recommended!

โ โ โ โ โ Been here a few times - a bit hit and miss with nail techs of varying experience but wanted to give them the benefit of the doubt. Today was the deal breaker though.
Wanted a simple SNS manicure. Took **2 hours** and the nail tech:
1) Messed up my nails and wouldn't have fixed them if I hadn't pointed out how lumpy/uneven they were
2) Cut three of my fingers up so badly to draw blood.
3) Have to redo the top coat because she smudged it checking if it was dry.
I was offered a $5 "discount" for my bleeding fingers, but then had a $5 old manicure removal fee added on, which I had never been made to pay before.
In short, go somewhere else if you can.....

โ โ โ โ โ Staffs were really friendly however, the result aren't satisfy at all
Firstly, I have asked the rounded nail shape and she shaped in pointed and not straighten on the side so my nail look triangle and look wider than long nail. when she shape the nail she doesn't even look the nail and she was full pay attention to the other customers talking and reaction.
So I asked her again and I had to shaped it after.
Secondly, she painted the nail some too closed to the skin and cuticle so it crack the after back home.
Thirdly, color has changed some part of painting not sure miss painted that part or air in or something else.

โ โ โ โ โ It's the best SNS manicure I've had in Auckland. I tried another place recently, and all the nails came off within a week. I came in at the last minute, and the girls fixed them up, and they look so much better. โStaff are really lovely and careful; always do a nice shape :)

โ โ โ โ โ Absolutely beautiful nails, I just got the normal colour but I've never had such good quality with a normal colour before. Lovely care put into their work. The atmosphere is also very welcoming and relaxing.

โ โ โ โ โ I don't usually write reviews but I had such a good experience I felt like I had to. Winnie was a delight, she stayed late to finish my nails, never rushed, was meticulous and the result was exactly what I wanted. Perfect nails. I LOVE them. Will go back!
