★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Positive: The host was very friendly once she arrived at the accommodation to check me in.. Negative: It wasn't as advertised. Firstly, I would not have booked this accommodation if I knew I was booking a room in a house with a male resident (hosts son). Secondly, no heating in the room as advertised (air conditioning). I was advised by the host to leave the room door open to the shared living area to access the heat. As the host's son was in the shared lounge watching T.V. all afternoon and until late in the evening, I had to shut the door (for security and privacy) from the heated area. So the room was freezing. Very drafty also. There were no spreads available for toast for breakfast, only spreadable butter. The milk was in an “organic milk” bottle that was “use before 2014”. As advertised and pictured; there was no separate entrance to the room. The shower was difficult to get to the correct temperature and when you did the dial would slip and the water became scalding, so you had to get out to adjust. Not worth $90..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fully equipped BnB. Stayed here for one night as a solo traveller. Clean and tidy. Kitchen available to prepare and cook your own meals. Self serve breakfast available in the morning. Friendly introduction from Victoria (the host).
