★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These poor reviews are highly accurate. Communication is extremely poor, customer service was unaware of NZ law regarding towing limits and license requirements. After I corrected their misconceptions was told they could not hire a trailer to an NZ restricted license holder - Hirepool down the road hired me a trailer with a smile; same as any other trailer hire I had used across the country.

On a personal note have had nothing but great service and personal attention to detail from the team.. Vans are always clean and tidy, and well maintained. Perfect for our requirements both commercially and personally. One of the best around in my opinion.
