Few businesses get away with adding another 10%. Be honest with the price before we telephone in to buy tickets. All booking sites do it but grrrr.....!

β β β β β For City Rail Link event, was able to reserve tickets but never confirm them. Always timed out and gave the tickets to someone else. Your system is poor, you should be queuing peoples requests and processing them in due course. Not deleting them and asking us to try again.
UPDATE:
Despite these issues, I was sent tickets in the end. Thank you for resolving this.

β β β β β Buying tickets is easy, no problem there, but printing the tickets is a nightmare. Full colour, A4 page with several human faces, a colour map, a large block of black with a logo in it, no way to cut it down, bar codes at the top and bottom of the page so you feel like you need to print the whole page. How many trees have to die? How many dollars on ink?

This company will refuse to cancel or close the account they force you to create in order to buy tickets, and will retain and use your private data, whether you like it or not.
Very dodgy. I expect much better from a NZ company.

Interesting how very different this public response is, compared to the unhelpful and dismissive private email that we received when asking for the same thing to happen.
Perhaps you should make some changes in your customer service practces

β β β β β If I could give no stars I would. Rang up today to query a refund that was short by $700, got told to "Hurry the story up and get to the point".
iTicket the word "service" is in the guy who answers your phones job title right? Perhaps if you cant curb your rude thoughts coming out of your mouth, you may not be cut out for the front line/ first point of contact for you business? What a joke, dont recommend.

β β β β β They charge you all those extra fees and when event is cancelled they say that booking fees are not refundable. Why do I have to pay for events that never happen? Sounds like scam
