★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This outfit is a waste of space. I feel sorry for the minimal staff that they employ who simply are overworked and are not able to make the most basic decisions. They forward a message and you never hear back. Shocking business and obviously we'll deserved 1 star. Come on managers of Ticketmaster do something to improve your rating.
