Over time they took over management of all our computer and phone hardware, software, antivirus protection, and phone systems. When we shifted the company they managed and over-saw the installation and setup of our entire data network and VoIP phone system. It was fantastic knowing they had this all under control during a very busy and stressful time.
The best thing about working with iTOPS was knowing that Josh and his team are always very easy to get hold of, and can handle a good percentage of issues remotely, within a short time frame. And that Josh will always give you his honest opinion no matter what the situation. We know he has our back always and this gives peace of mind. We know we have a team of experts that are just a phone call or email away. iTOPS has helped us drastically reduce our phone bills through going across to VOIP. We have had nothing but professional top notch service from the day we started working with them.”

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ITops had been our IT provider for 3-4 years. The entire time they were constantly wanting to upgrade everything. Never interested in fixing anything, only ever wanting to upgrade at our cost.
Once finally having enough and pulling the pin, we request our passwords so our new provider can carry out our work. Josh the Owner/Director holds us ransom by demanding we pay for his time in advance to retrieve our passwords from his database. We had NEVER late paid any invoice prior to this. Reluctantly we pay Josh's ransom to then be told we are now at the back of the queue and our passwords will be returned in 5-7 working days!
I would not recommend using iTops at all. Their staff are good to deal with, but Josh the owner is nothing but a shark. Beware!!
