★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We engaged Jacobsen & Co recently after requiring a solicitor for our first home purchase. My initial call to Jacobsen & Co was answered by Bev, and I was immediately made to feel comfortable and reassured that I had chosen the right crew to look after me.
The momentum started to build when we decided on the home we would buy, and after dealing directly with Kylee Jacobsen, she then directed us to one of her trusted colleagues, Mel Roebuck who was located in their Cherrywood office.
We were kept up to date with what was happening throughout the process and everything that was required of us (including timeframes) was both clearly explained and provided to us with plenty of time to address.
Once I relinquished complete control to J & Co and trusted that they actually knew what they were doing (something I need to work on) the whole process was made seamless by Mel who we certainly were most impressed with.
Finally, I want to say that although this is my first experience with a Solicitor Firm, I consider the rates charged were extremely reasonable and well within what I was expecting to pay.
I have already recommended Jacobsen & Co to a colleague….
