★ ★ ★ ★ ★ WORST OF THE WORST. I agree with the previous comment. They say they send letters however THEY REALLY DONT. Their call centre staff are rude. You cant even get clear answers from them just "We sent a letter, if you did not receive this letter this isnt our issue".

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Doesnt ring me to discuss any of the issues just sends a decline email. So I ring her and then shes rushing convo and wanting to hang up. Misinterpreted alot of my bills. Didnt want to hear me out. She tries to rush the convo so she can just hang up to send me another decline letter VIA EMAIL. Thought she would be nice but I guess not. Sorry MARGOT but im gonna give you a 0 and a half stars for at least not hanging up on me while i was talking.
