β β β β β Parking is great and easy to find. Sadly the positives stop there. If your Chinese you'll get the red carpet rolled out for you.
Even though Chinese wife ordering for us, the feel was...
Hit and miss with the food temp, either warm left to sit or boiling oil to burn your tongue so you can taste the lack of seasoning.
Well this is my first not so positive review, so I'm just going to stop here.

β β β β β Revisited after 5 years. Portions have become a bit smaller. But nice food nevertheless.
Had a lunch with Family. Good tasty food. My expectations were set a bit high from my memories from 5 years back. The portions were scaled down from my previous experience. Enjoyed all the dishes.
Huge space but not that level of occupancy. The service is very matter of fact and not engaging for whatever reason.
The actual lunch/dinner plates they provide are real small.

β β β β β This restaurant didn't disappoint us despite all the negative comments at google review. It was almost full at the time we walked in on New Year's Eve. The waiters were acknowledging food might be slow. However we only waited no more than half an hour. All 3 dishes were authentic and well cooked. They were mixed veges δ»ι¦θ¬θ, cumin lamb εηΆηΎθ and fried rice noodles with beef εΉ²ηηζ²³γLived in Canton China for 10 years, I would say it's close enough to what I used to eat there .

β β β β β Service was great, very tidy & clean, we got there just as lunch was finishing, so we actually got takeaway meals, both meals were delicious. Thank you guys keep up the awesome work.

The young man serving was unfriendly, there was no hello how are you.
No how was your meal,
No charm. Just cold and empty βserviceβ
After paying there was no thank you have a great rest of your evening. Just more weird silence.
The prices are ridiculous at $28 a dish..regardless of location..the small portions and food quality is not good enough.
The place was nearly empty but the 3 dishes ordered came out 1 at a time..with 2-5 minute wait in between.
The decor is like a tacky wedding from 1990βs.
The combination fried rice tasted good
The satay chicken was not good
The sweet and sour chicken tasted quite good but the battered pieces were slightly burnt. Luckily covered up with the sweet red sauce.
Frying oil might needed to be replaced more regularly.

Disappointed with taste of won ton soup (soup was bland) and the crispy chicken had too much salt on.

β β β β β Despite the reviews we headed to Jade as we were craving Chinese food.
They did not disappoint. The food was flavorsome, and service prompt. We loved that it had the option to choose large or small dishes.
We had a young guy serving us, polite and to the point.
Yes it does lack ambience but I would definitely recommend this place if you are after good food.
