★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A real shame. When we entered there was an intense smell of fish from the kitchen that was really unpleasant. The staff were extremely rude and seemed annoyed when they had to serve us. Really gutted with the service.
However, a nice collection of wines ?.

The meat was good, one thing I want to add that can be improved was that the fries aioli that was given was I think wasabi mayo. For me this fine, but I think this does not suit everyone's taste. So I think an option for just regular aioli would be nice. The ambiance is cosy and warm here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So nice had two lunches here while staying in Tekapo. Croissants & ciabattas were delicious, packed full of food & lovely & fresh. Great coffee as well. Appreciated the way friendly staff went through & confirmed order before payment. Keep up the good work.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A bit disappointed with the stone grill all the meat came out raw even the kids chicken which made me concerned about food poisoning ? I've never been served a stone grill like those before it would have been great if this was made clear on the menu.. I ordered the lamb shanks I was looking forward to the roast vegetables but it came on potato mash meat was beautiful though.
