She always begins a session by asking how I am, how I have been spending my time and if anything in particular has made me book in the particular session. She then reads between the lines of all of this information to plan the most effective and soothing session according to what I have said and how she has read the situation. It is always on point!
Flo has recently got rid of the most persistent and annoying pain in my neck and shoulder. She has also been an integral part of my care team that helped me get back on the netball court after a major knee surgery. Her understanding of the demand that specific sports have on the body is invaluable.
Flo is personable and caring. She makes you feel comfortable immediately and understands what the body and muscles need. I 100% recommend her work!
