★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iced Americano $5.8 but only single shot? Tastes like washing water. Almond Croissant tastes good tho. To be fair their ice latte is not bad, but iced americano is just shameful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They made us 2 yummy and creamy ice coffees and 1 reasonably strong coffee. I've previously brought milkshakes from them and they were delicious. Would definitely go back. They had pretty good customer service as well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Shocking customer service. I asked for an iced chocolate with almond milk and a vegan chocolate cake. One thing was the drink was way over priced…$7 and something cents for a piddly little drink. And when I put in the order at the till the lady was so bad! She kept putting it as a milkshake even though I said multiple times “no, an iced chocolate please” and so she just walked off from the till and a man came and sorted it out and still put milkshake down plus the iced chocolate even though I said just the iced chocolate and no milkshake. Terrible service. And I wanted it takeaway which was all good. But when they put the cake in the takeaway box they put it upside down and smushed the icing onto the bottom so when I went to turn it the right way, all the icing was off and was on the bottom of the box. Definitely go somewhere else!
