Jay has now sold a total of 5 properties for me within the space of a few months, I can't recommend Jay enough for listing your property to sell with Jay. His hard work and commitments get top results, Jay goes above and beyond expectations to get the job done for his clients, he also sold my friend's property down the road which struggled to sell with another agent for over 4 months, Jay sold that property within weeks.

My Partner and I met Jay while house-hunting and after a quick conversation agreed to have Jay come and do a obligation free valuation of our house. After the inspection a full prospectus was presented to us within 3 days outlining the valuation, marketing plan, market assessment for our area and all costs involved with listing, We weren't too keen on the idea of a listing as we were at the end of a 10 year renovation and still had a few things that needed fixing up, but Jay knew people who could be interested in our property and presented it to them before listing or marketing and the property was sold without a single stressful open home to deal with. Incredible service, incredible realtor. We have already recommended Jay to several friends who are looking at selling in the new year and would happily recommend to anyone else who would like a fast, no hassel great service sale.
