★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First visit to this restaurant with a group of 30 people. We were asked to pre order which worked really well. Excellent service with very attentive friendly staff. Food was amazing and considering the size of the group was delivered in a very efficient manner, no complaints everyone enjoyed their meal. Setting is very relaxing and of a very high standard. Highly recommend this restaurant.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We waited a long time for our drinks. I understand shortages of staff in covid times but it wasn't busy at all. Very expensive too. Nice outdoor area especially on a nice day and the interior looks amazing. Hopefully past covid it will improve. Plenty of parking. Vegan options under every category.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We visited this evening with a group of friends for the first time and would label our experience as ok. Firstly, our vaccine passes were checked by the hostess who was not wearing a mask. The bar staff appeared to lack masks also. The two waitresses we engaged with were so lovely and did their very best to ensure we were looked after. Similar to a previous review, there was an overall feeling of disorganisation - we were not asked if everything was alright with our meals, for example.
The food was ok - fairly overpriced for what it was. Compared to the lunch menu, the dinner offerings were fairly limited. On one of our dishes, an item advertised on the menu was replaced with something completely different. We decided to talk to our waitress who kindly offered to look into it and mentioned that other tables had said the same. It was then that we were told that the element listed was not available and offered a choice of replacement.
We might go back to try the lunch menu as it looks great, and also the cafe, but overall we found our dinner experience to be lacking.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disorganised, had coffee in and was served in takeaway cups, had a ham scone and donut which came from the closed Cafe next door which we knew and wasn't a problem, just the quality of the food was poor, staff were inexperienced, clearly training is an issue. The atmosphere was nice, this place has potential but if staff and systems are not sorted can see it running into trouble in the future. Won't be back again as it was pretty disappointing. First impressions matters!
Thank you for your response. My review is based on today's experience. I mentioned the Cafe food was from next door, we didn't have a problem with that, but didn't expect to he served food that tasted and looked like it came from New World bakery. The staff were friendly no issues there, but clearly inexperienced because the cashier didnt have a clue what they were doing, had to ask another who also said they didn't know, we felt the price we were charged was high for the quality we received. So regardless of your previous good reviews you have to be 100% all day everyday to keep getting them. You would have been better to not offer those options from the Cafe which I can only assume you must own also, if it isn't something you would normally do, don't do it. Because we were extremely disappointed and can only based the review on what we got, not your other menu. If one part isn't good we will never know if your other part is as the chances of wanting to come back is currently 0%. At least I'm telling you. As also mentioned the place is nice and no problems with the staff, and 100% the right place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a wonderful experience at the boundary restaurant today. We tried the pizza, bao buns and duck fat fries and the food was delicious plus the presentation of the food was great. We had two rounds of drinks and these were also presented nicely and tasted really good. The service was really great and we will definitely be back soon!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely amazing place, beautiful decor throughout, very cool to have a drink or dinner. The best service and staff, food was all about quality and presentation. We had the bone marrow starter - the best weve ever had, so much flavour. Mains we had steak and chicken, everything cooked perfectly.
The best cocktails and bar staff that went out of their way to make us specialty drinks. thank you for the amazing time. we will be back!
