★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very Disappointing! I was looking for a different power supply plug than the one on my new laptop charger. First salesperson told me Jaycar didn't sell those items anymore, offered me another new charger at more than twice the price I'd just paid. Went to look for myself and found another, more helpful, sales person who located the correct item for me (now stored behind the counter, ie no customer access) at the much more modest price of $2.60.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jaycar is fantastic! Staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. It's my first port of call when fixing a piece of equipment or planning a project. Prices are competitive too. My only criticism would be that they don't carry a wider range of passive components and integrated circuits. However I do understand it would literally be impossible to hold everything in stock at all times so I stand by my 5 star review.
