We assess the damage to your car
When you come in for your initial consultation, we’ll get you to fill out a form in relation to the accident or damage and have a conversation with you about the collision. We’ll take pictures of the damage for our records and will then assess the damage. This usually takes about ten minutes (depending on the damage), so no need to drop your car off to us for the entire day.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Painted well. But not sure why they need to remove the wiper. And the guy bent the wiper which started to give some noise. It's been fixed by me. But they need to make sure everything is all good before they give the vehicle back to the customer. Given 3 stars for the staff experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The guy sitting on the desk didn’t even bothered coming out to show me what work is agreed to get done on my car from the insurance company. Later in the week when I came to pickup my car, saw the front bumper was loosely attached and many scratches were not even gotten rid of. Such a poor service from the desk lady who gives no damn about customer satisfaction with answering the right questions. Not recommended at all.
Getting my car done at my own expense now.
