★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My local gym for location reasons only. Always a lot of equipment out if order and the sound on the tv connections is bad. It does the job tho it's a reasonable rate and this place is kept really clean.

Parking is the only downside, there are only 6 or 7 dedicated parks. 24hr gym with key access? reasonable rates ? good for beginners (like me) and experience gym go-ers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great staff, a wide range of equipment to use. Great gym for new comers and regulars. Bare in mind that Parking is limited in standard working hours, after hours, there are plentiful of parks. The private trainers are very nice and provide support and feedback.
