β β β β β I reported a fraudulent transaction, emailed the company and response was done thru email with Daniel but I couldn't wait as transaction might be processed and my refund might not be issued. I've called 2 auckland branches but their help was limited. Until I tried the Newmarket branch. The store manager named Alif helped me and returned the call under 5 minutes. He easily cancelled the transaction smoothly. I was assured of my refund by monday. I didn't know it can be done this fast. Really grateful for Alif. He saved the day!!! ?

β β β β β A nice corner electronic shop tug in next to a traffic light. Use GPS or Waze to get there or you may missed it. A well equipped electronic shop which has standard and huge variety of electronic items for sale. Friendly & helpful staff to assist if you need a helping hand. Many DIY shop here for best range and price of electronic part or accessories. Sells surveillance camera & whole shop under keen eyes. Sometime their offer bin is a treasure trove.

β β β β β This is an unusual but enthusiastic endorsement of the staff at Jaycar Newmarket and particularly the manager Alif. I recently popped in to buy a small cable for my audio and parked and locked my bike on the footpath next to the entrance. During this visit my bike was stolen. After looking around I went back into the shop and asked whether we could identify the thief on CCTV. Alif sprang into action and we had soon found images of the culprit. I took photos of the screen and Alif said: Come with me. He took me in his car all around the local streets to see if it was stashed anywhere, even driving into garages of other buildings to check. We did not find it. After reporting to the police they asked me to obtain the CCTV footage and again Alif spent a fair amount of time to copy it for me. We'll beyond the call of duty. Thank you Alif
