โ โ โ โ โ I have tried to make an appointment via phone call, email, text, and even downloaded WeChat to try to make an appointment and have been ignored or dismissed every time (on the phone I asked for a day which they were unable to give me, but they wouldn't let me book another day in advance either). Super frustrating as they have great reviews and I'd love to experience their service.
