★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Web site said lanes were open at 9.30am but when I went to swim I was swimming in a lane and told to get out by the life guard as the lane was booked. Very disappointing.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried to join the gym but the counter staff had no idea what they were doing. Twice I tried but eventually I just gave up. My credit card was out to pay but the staff were so condescending I walked out.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a bad experience with the outdoor swimming pool. I came here because it was fed up here in NZ they consider a kid sized pool as a main pool, I need an adult sized one, gosh. You know, the one here they call "Olympic sized"? Well, for the rest of the world is called "adult sized". Here, is the only 50m you can find in Christchurch. Well... beside being as shallow as a kid sized one, but it was very dirty... heaps of tree leaves, hair everywhere, insects.... nope.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff and lifeguards are awesome, really helpful and the facilities are great! Some top notch people at the swimming complex who are always putting a hand out to help, which makes it easier to focus on recovery after injury. Thanks Jellie Park pool peeps.
