β β β β β I visited for a hair cut. Another client arrived after me and I was told that sorry he goes first as he booked online. He got his hair cut, got a hug and left. I checked online and there is no website to book. She lied to me so her friend could go first. I confronted her and she lied to me saying she never said that to me. Dissatisfied.

β β β β β Worst technique Iβve ever seen. Asked her to do some layering and when she did the sides/front parts, it was so painful and my hair frizzed up while she was cutting it!? Iβve never ever experienced that before. It was very painful. I told her and she said sorry and was careful to be more gentle but still no customer should feel pain at the hairdressers. Then she straightened my hair without spraying some heat protectant first. Iβve never had a hairdresser straighten my hair without heat protectant so I donβt know if she just forgot or was lazy or that it wasnβt included in the price... she was so rough with the hair straightening and it got so close to my scalp. Then while she was straightening my hair she moved the straightener up and down while it was clamped down on my hair. Iβm pretty sure to protect the hair you would straighten it in one direction only, not go back and forth. Not sure if she thought she was ironing her laundry but thatβs something Iβve not seen other hairdressers do either. If you want a traumatic alternative hair cutting experience on a Saturday morning, sheβs your girl.

β β β β β After searching near and far for a hair dresser that listens to me, I suddenly remembered this salon where my friend used to get her hair done about 6 years ago!!! I'm soooooo relieved that I went there today!! Sue is absolutely amazing! She cut my hair extremely well exactly according to what I asked her for! The shop has such a friendly diverse atmosphere!! The people are absolutely lovely here and are highly professional!! The amount of money I wasted at high end salons has exasperated me!! So I am thrilled to have finally visited Jenny's hair and I do not hesitate to highly recommend to all!! ??
