I always get my threading and Brazilian wax done by Himani.She is very good at both the services.Honestly I won't go there if she isn't on the roaster.I have been getting Brazilian done from quiet a few years now but one one does it like himani... absolutely pain free!!Highly recommend her work!!

Terrible customer service. I am a brand new customer and was advised it would take 20mins to wait for an eyebrow threading which seemed ok. But 30mins later, waiting patiently with my baby in her pram at the edge of the small waiting area with minimal social distancing being practiced, I’m told that the only staff member that does threading has just gone on her lunch break and won’t be back for another 30mins, then got attitude from the staff when I asked for an explanation as I had specifically advised I wanted that service when I arrived, communicated with that particular staff member that does threading. So unprofessional. I have just left and won’t be coming back.

I’ve been going to Dash Face and Body (Riccarton branch) to get face threading and/or waxing done for a few years now. The customer service and the quality of the work done seems to have worsened over the years. Like major BAD! The only reason I still go there despite the awful waiting times and unprofessional service is because it’s convenient as I live so near to Westfield mall and I shop there 99% of the time. You basically have to wait around for 30mins to an hour now until someone attends to you. And when they do attend to you, they don’t even do the work properly. Sometimes, you see the beauticians just huddling around gossiping and not attending to customers. Other times, beauticians walk out looking lifeless like they don’t even want to be there. Also lately when I’ve popped into the beauty salon, they seem to turn you away because you ask for threading, and the beauticians working “can only do waxing”. I wonder every time if whether they only say that because they cbf and just don’t want to do any work. And whether their manager knows about what’s going on ??‍♀️ BUT! What prompted me to write this review though comes from my most recent experiences there. There is an older Filipino lady with brown hair (who seems new or might have been transferred from somewhere else) that does threading there, and she is absolutely useless. Literally a waste of money and time. I was unfortunately stuck with her twice as she was the only one working the day I popped in to get a full face thread I’ve tried to tell her that she’s not thoroughly threading my face because she does it so lightly and she threads so far from the roots but she replied, “that’s just how I thread.” ??? Like with all due respect ma’am, ADAPT! ? I told her to thread closer to the roots and she started doing that but instead rolled over the areas so quickly that I could literally tell that nothing was coming out of what she was doing. I had to pin point every bit that I could feel she missed and she re-did them again. I had to bite my tongue at the end because I respect elders too much that I couldn’t give her my honest feedback then and there. I think it would benefit everyone a lot by re-training your beauticians on the basics of customer service, like SMILING AT YOUR CUSTOMERS for starters maybe? And doing their jobs properly. I mean for goodness sakes, the prices have gone up so much, but the service and quality are just going downhill.

On Friday I went into have my eyebrows threaded by Kiran. She was very friendly and gentle. I had some questions about products and she was about to give me heaps of advice about the La clinica and Environ products! Definitely will be going again! Great service!!!

Himani is the best! I ONLY trust her with her my eyebrows! She is very careful and considerate of the clients wants, rather than forcing her own agenda on them.. P.S she has never once asked me "chin too?"

I love coming to dash hair and beauty. specially the therapist Himani she is best. very professional and good at her job. My eyebrow was a mess but she was the one who knew the right shape really appreciate you young lady you are spectacular at your job.

My go to person is Himani. She is amazing, friendly with a pleasant personality. She is patient, always listen attentively to customer's request and will never disappoint. I have been doing my waxing and eyebrows threading with her for past 1 year and never once I had to complain about the treatment that I received. I always left the salon with a smile on my face. I will 100% recommend her to anyone???
