★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The Korean Fried Chicken is great, nice crunch, great taste, but super expensive. $28 is no small price, no half portion option (it’s a lot for one person) and no sign of any condiments like pickled radish or a honey mustard sauce. ??♂️

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tried chicken yakisoba ($19) and salmon sashimi don with soy sauce ($21.50). Both dishes were quickly made and nearly on time and ingredients were fresh. Prices comparable with what you can get downtown such as Commercial Bay sans the vibe. Chicken yakisoba was very sweet as was the soy sauce provided for the salmon sashimi don. Had to use regular soy sauce from the fridge to stop getting a sugar high. It’s possibly “kiwi authentic” but if you want something real head to town or Dominion Road. Don’t understand why Asian meals have to be made so sweet in the burbs. Not recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Second time ordering fried chicken from here. First time was great. However this time the meat was undercooked and inedible. Word of precaution, check the meat is cooked before consumption. Avoid any risk of food poisoning. Hopefully this was an one-off

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5 star, first class. Fresh fish, crispy tempura, friendly service and a nice neighborhood. They do Japanese food very well in addition to Korean Fried Chicken. Come give it a visit sometime you're in Hobsobville.
