★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Please make sure your food is properly cooked or whatever because as of eating at this place yesterday around 3pm I woke up with severe food poisoning to the point of hospitalisation due to a fever and almost fainting, this is not a nice experience considering I had to drive 4 hours alone and along motorways with no place to stop, so it's put a huge dampener on my holiday, will not be coming back. Plus the service was weak and not friendly at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My 5 star rating is only for Northwest Katsubi as it is by far the best that I've eaten at. The food always looks and tastes fresh unlike some of the others that I have been too( I feel that most if not all other brunches could learn a lot from them. I applaud you the team at Northwest.?

Katsubi SYLVIA PARK - 10 Stars (friendly staff, great portions and fresh food)
I am very unhappy with Katsubi HENDERSON inside the mall. When requested to taste the difference in spicy and sweet and spicy they were very hesitant, packs as if they are doing us a favour. It was a horrible experience as their food was hard and nkt as fresh as well. We finished the meal and left.
I can only make this comparison as we always go to Katsubi in Sylvia Park who are just perfect. The same meal 15.50 regular when bought from there we cannot even finish and end up having as 2 meals.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yum yum in my tum. A whole range of options you can see and choose from. Staff are 90% of the time wonderful. Occasionally you get one having a bad day or having trouble hearing/understanding you but most of the time very friendly and efficient. Regular option is a great deal. Rice, whatever veg options you like, 2 sauces and 2 hot options. Yum yum.
