Rings and chains are so beautiful, and they look perfect - just as I remember them from the movie. Well, with the only difference that I bough the silver ring)
At first, I hesitated to make a purchase, because their delivery service didn't ship to Russia. I wanted to use a mail forwarder, who takes some extra payment for their service, but was unsure if FedEx will handle my case. But people from customer service told me it is okay to ship this way, and now I'm a happy owner of these beautiful pieces.
I hope to visit your store and workshop one day in person with my fiancee and pick our wedding rings)

The entire process of choosing and buying our rings was easy and had a very personal touch to it. When our rings arrived we certainly not disappointed. The craftsmanship was amazing and we love them . Cant wait for the big day!!!

I’m very happy with the whole process, first, the order was fulfilled within almost a week, which is great considering customised engraving. The package was delivered the following day. And the packaging was so nice and neat with attention to all the details. I didn’t review the product right away, was waiting for my husband’s reaction :) well, he is very pleased to say the least! :) we’ll definitely be ordering more!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My husband had my engagement ring created with lab diamonds and engraved in Elvish through Jens Hansen. After seeing what a spectacular job they did, I decided to get his wedding band through them as well and also had it engraved in Elvish (we are huge LOTR fans - our first conversation was about it!). The ring is wonderful and the inscription in Elvish is perfect! My husband loves it!! Since his band is thicker, you can really appreciate the fantastic artistry in the Elvish script. Just beautiful!! The personal attention they gave both of us during the creation of the rings was top notch. We ordered from Australia, and did not see anything in person until the finished product was shipped. They were in touch with us every step of the way so we were confident that we would be getting what we wanted and we were not disappointed!

I ended up ordering a custom engraved wedding ring for my fiance, and it arrived in less than one month! The ring quality is amazing and it looks better than I hoped. The whole Jens Hansen team was very thorough during the ordering process, and they made sure to confirm the "custom text" with me before they started engraving the ring. I was able to speak to a member of the Jens Hansen team while exploring design options, and they answered all of my questions (regarding insurance, shipping and estimated arrival for the ring). We were afraid of ordering rings we had not tried on, but we took the plunge and we were not disappointed! The customer service was great. They made sure everything was precisely the way we wanted. When they arrived, we were overwhelmed by the beautiful craftsmanship. My particular ring is quite hefty (I was hoping it would be!). The day of our wedding finally arrived in October and waiting to wear these beautiful works of art was quite difficult for both of us! Thank you very much Jens Hansen! I couldn’t help but put it on my finger straight away. It just fitted like magic, so smooth and heavy feel. I’m talking about utter quality and craftsmanship here and it couldn’t get more original than this, your ring comes from Middle Earth.... Even the box that the ring is presented in is carved in elvish and so beautifully presented. Service from start to finish is tops and the whole process is worth every penny.
