★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I enjoyed the classes, enjoyed being pushed beyond my limits and having a PT knowing Im capable of doing it. The PT's really monitored group classes for correct posture to make sure exercises were done correctly and as I has a archililies tendon that's still healing they worked around it. It feels good to be in good hands with PT's who know what theyre doing and feeling looked after.
