★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Take my 3 rings to polish, 2 of the rings I have it over 15 years, third ring get it from Michael Hill 8 years ago, after I get it back from polish within 3 days one of my ring diamond fell off, took it back they fix it, then in 2-3 weeks another diamond fell again, this round they blame me the ring is old, just unbelievable arrogant and rude, don’t take any jewellery there to polish at all

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had recently found an old Turkish puzzle ring amongst my dear departed dad’s keepsakes.
He passed in 2012 The ring was from my brother who tragically passed 34 years ago. It was seriously on its last legs. My 13 yr old daughter asked if sh could have it and wear it.
These guys performed small miracles on this ring and it’s just stunning how it came out…. My daughter hasn’t seen it yet but will on Xmas day.
Very professional service. Couldn’t be happier.

I have had other items repaired here and have no hesitation in recommending the Jewellers Bench for excellent workmanship and friendly staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have used this jeweller for many years when I have had issues with my jewlllery and required a manufacturing jeweller. Today I went again to have watches have new batteries and silver jewellery cleaned which he did immediately and for a discounted price.
I have also had a ring made here and when not completely happy with the setting they changed it at no further cost.
