When Hugh and Gemma Gilmer bought the business in 2020 they were taking over a business that Hugh had been working in for over 15 years. The fact they bought the business during the COVID-19 lockdown made things pretty interesting!

I was having trouble finding someone to repair or replace the seals on our fridge which had been in storage for a year. She suggested using a hair dryer to soften the rubber seal with heat!

β β β β β Very poor customer service . The lady at the reception is all about her . Most arrogant and rude person ever . Donβt deal with this company . They came for a inspection of a water dispenser which was leaking from the side and being a bucket if you overfill the water should the water leak from the side or the spill out the top? Waste of my money and time .
