Inquired via their website and he got back to us right away and we were able to book a date very quickly. Super knowledgeable and down to earth, it was apparent that he really knew his stuff. It was such a pleasure speaking to him, he was kind, friendly and was always happy to answer all questions! Got our report almost immediately, very extensive, detail focused and complete in my view. When we had follow up questions, he replied to my text right away and was happy to take some time to explain any questions we had in the report. He was very easy to deal with and really knowledgeable on his stuff. He was able to point out things that we won't notice or didn't pay attention to during house viewing.
His report was very detailed and you'll definitely get what you've paid for. I highly recommend his services.
